Seldom Seen graciously hosted Motivat Coffee this past weekend. It was an exciting opportunity for us as it was our first time doing a pop-up in San Francisco - and, it was actually our first time teaching a cupping class publicly.
To be honest, I was anxiety-ridden the whole week leading up to the classes, knowing we were going to one of the coffee capitals of the world and who knows how true coffee snobs would judge our coffee offerings! Needless to say, my worrying was pointless and our company was met with so much love and welcome.
We had wonderful turnouts for each of our 5 sessions between Saturday and Sunday and our pop-up coffee bar seemed to fit in quite nicely on the busy sidewalk as we made new friends with locals and visitors alike.
